Payments
Payment terms are stated in each quote. All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise.
Intellectual property
Model files remain the intellectual property of Mazi Technology until purchased under the applicable Model License. You may not resell, redistribute or share files.
Limitation of liability
Models are provided "as is" for engineering reference. Mazi Technology is not liable for damages arising from the use of models in production systems.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
